Các bạn học sinh VAschools ở nhà, hạn chế ra đường, xem phim, chơi game hay học online?

Một trong những yếu tố giúp đẩy lùi bệnh dịch đó là luyện tập thể dục thể thao để nâng cao sức khỏe và tăng sức đề kháng.

Hôm nay, thầy Trọng Khanh – Giáo viên Thể Chất VAschools sẽ gợi ý cho chúng ta về bài tập Cardio đơn giản có thể thực hiện tại nhà để có một cơ thể khỏe mạnh, kết hợp chế độ sinh hoạt điều độ, ăn uống đủ chất dinh dưỡng sẽ tạo hiệu quả trong phòng dịch.

  1. Chạy bước nhỏ tại chỗ, nâng cao đùi, gót chạm mông. Các em nên tập luân phiên trong 30 giây cho mỗi hiệp, số lượng hiệp tập tuỳ thuộc vào sức khỏe mỗi em.

  2. Nhảy dây tại chỗ. Các em nên nhảy liên tục 3 phút mỗi hiệp.

  3. Chạy lên xuống cầu thang (tuỳ vào số bậc thang và thể trạng) thực hiệp 1 phút liên tục trong mỗi hiệp.

  4. Động tác nằm chống đẩy. Các em thực hiện 10 lần/ hiệp, tập 3-5 hiệp.

Chú ý: Khi tập luyện, các em hít sâu bằng mũi và thở mạnh bằng miệng. Điều này giúp trao đổi oxy được tốt hơn.
